JESUS Film, Adult & Teen Challenge, Children’s Cup, City Union Mission

Representatives from the JESUS Film conducted a week-long training seminar for Christian leaders in the Central African country of Cameroon. The 25 participants learned how to work equipment, facilitate Bible study through oral storytelling and discussion, and use relevant resources for discipleship.

Jim and Kathie Lowans opened Primrose Hill as an Adult & Teen Challenge facility specifically for women and their children. The 12-month residential program offers women overcoming addiction in the Midwest with a beautiful 5,700-square foot home to live in, nestled on 43 acres in Missouri. Adult & Teen Challenge has one star and an “A” transparency grade in the MinistryWatch database, and a donor confidence score of 70.

Alive Church in Orlando, Florida, hosted its first annual Love Alive Golf Tournament Fundraiser and raised $10,000 for Children’s Cup to build more care points in South Africa. Children’s Cup has two stars and an “A” transparency grade in the MinistryWatch database, and a donor confidence score of 96.

City Union Mission in Missouri announced a new GAP Year program to prepare low-income and disadvantaged young adults for their next steps into college or vocational life. City Union Mission has three stars and an “A” transparency grade in the MinistryWatch database, and a donor confidence score of 90.
