Emmaus University is launching the Emmaus University Iowa Promise, offering tuition-free education to qualifying full-time undergrad Iowa residents. The school will do this by combining the Iowa Tuition Grant, the Federal Pell Grant, and Emmaus University’s Founders Grant. Emmaus University in Dubuque, Iowa, has 5 stars and an “A” transparency grade in the MinistryWatch database, and a donor confidence score of 95.

Starting in fall 2025, Southeastern University will begin making $12 million in scholarships available to eligible full-time students pursuing ministry-related degrees. The scholarships are funded through an end-of-life giving plan donated by the late Robert and Sandra Graper. Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida, has 5 stars, a “D” transparency grade and a donor confidence score of 69 in the MinistryWatch database.

Students and staff from Corban University have been finding ways to serve local communities this year. During winter break, a team of students and staff traveled to Valdosta, Georgia to clear debris, patch drywall, and build fences destroyed by Hurricane Helene. In January, students mobilized for MLK Serve Day and spread out across four main sites in Salem, Oregon, to clear debris, provide maintenance services, distribute essentials to people in need, and share the Gospel. Corban University has 5 stars and a “D” transparency grade in the MinistryWatch database, and a donor confidence score of 71.

In 2024, Grace School of Theology celebrated its largest graduating class of 121 students. It has students from 147 countries, ranging from Zimbabwe to Afghanistan, and will be celebrating its 2025 commencement ceremony this weekend (May 17). Grace School of Theology has 5 stars and a “C” transparency grade in the MinistryWatch database, and a donor confidence score of 100.

Last month, Arizona Christian University dedicated the Shelly Roden School of Education in honor of board member and retired ACU faculty/administrator Dr. Shelly Roden. Also, on May 2, ACU celebrated its 6rd annual commencement ceremony for the class of 2025. ACU has 4 stars and an “A” transparency grade in the MinistryWatch database, and a donor confidence score of 95.
