Alternatives Pregnancy Center in Denver, Colorado, is getting out in their community. Last month, teams passed out diapers and wipes at the Denver Dream Center’s Adopt-a-Block and at a local job and community resource fair. They also shared about their services at Arapahoe Community College’s Health Career and Resource Fair. Alternatives has five stars and an “A” transparency grade in the MinistryWatch database.

Several children and supervising adults at the South Hills Church of Christ in Montana crafted 18 new homes for western bluebirds as part of a “creation care” project. It took three adults five hours to cut enough cedar wood for rectangular boxes to house the mountain birds, which have seen a population drop in past decades. It then took two hours for eight kids—with seven adults helping—to put all the pieces together.
