Dave Ramsey Lists Nashville Home for $15.45 Million

Christian personal finance guru Dave Ramsey has listed his Nashville-area home for $15.45 million.

The six-bedroom mountain view estate sits on 14.38 fenced-in acres, including buffer lots on each side, and has 14,000 square feet of living space, per the Redfin listing for the property. It is being offered fully furnished.

Luxury features include three staircases, five fireplaces, an elevator and an advanced air filtration system. The property has nine bathrooms, including one that reportedly has 18 shower heads, and was strategically situated on the lot so its residents could enjoy the sunset.

There are 6,000 square feet of covered outdoor space with patios, porches, and terraces, a fountain in the center of the circular drive, an infinity-edge pool and spa, and several entertaining spaces as well as three garages with space for eight cars.

Brentwood-based Capital Realty Group, which is led by Ramsey’s son-in-law Winston Cruze, has the listing, per the Nashville Business Journal.

Ramsey Solutions spokeswoman Megan McConnell told the Business Journal that Ramsey and his wife Sharon intend to build on land they own south of the city.

Ramsey and his wife Sharon paid nearly $1.6 in cash for the property in 2008, Realtor.com reported, a purchase in line with the debt-avoidance philosophy he espouses through his financial counseling firm Ramsey Solutions and Financial Peace University.

Ramsey Solutions employs more than 800 people and is one of the largest employers in Williamson County, Tennessee. Dave Ramsey is also a best-selling author and hosts the third-largest radio talk show in America, The Ramsey Show, heard by more than 14 million listeners each week on more than 600 radio stations.

Ramsey’s net worth is reported to be about $475 million, per Realtor.com.
