MinistryWatch’s mid-October list, curated from the MinistryWatch 1000 database, ranks all anti-trafficking groups by revenue. This is the second year MinistryWatch has published the list, with data current as of Oct. 14, 2026.

MinistryWatch added the anti-trafficking category to its database last year. It now includes 24 ministries, up from 19 last year. The MinistryWatch database as a whole continues to grow and now includes more than 1,800 ministries.

In June 2025, MinistryWatch published a Guide to Giving to Anti-Trafficking Organizations.

The 24 ministries in the anti-trafficking category this year have combined annual revenue of about $289 million. Below are a few key takeaways:

  • International Justice Mission is by far the largest ministry in the group, with revenue of nearly $130 million, up from $112 million in 2025. That’s more than three times the revenue of the next-largest organization, Our Rescue — formerly Operation Underground Railroad — which has total revenue of about $35 million.
  • The third-largest ministry on the list is Wellspring Living, a newcomer this year, with annual revenue exceeding $16 million.
  • The list also includes a column showing the amount of government grant money each ministry received, based on figures from its Form 990. Unbound Now was again the largest recipient of government grants — $6.58 million, up from $4.4 million last year — accounting for more than half of its $10.8 million in total annual revenue.
  • Selah Freedom also received a large share of its revenue from government grants: $2 million of its $3.7 million in annual revenue.
  • Other newcomers to the list include Project Rescue Foundation, Scarlet Hope, New Horizons House, and Reclaiming Hope.
  • Two ministries — Atlas Free and Institute for Survivor Care — have Donor Confidence Scores of 100, the highest score achievable.
  • Among the largest ministries by revenue, Unbound Now has the highest Donor Confidence Score, 95.

The list includes columns showing the Transparency Grade, Financial Efficiency Rating, and Donor Confidence Score for each ministry. To learn more about each group, click on its name to open its database profile.
