The mid-October list curated from the MinistryWatch 1000 database includes the full list of anti-trafficking groups listed in order of revenue. This is the first time MinistryWatch has published this list, with information based on our data as of October 15, 2025.
The anti-trafficking category is a new category that we added to the MinistryWatch database this year. There are 18 ministries in this category with revenue totaling about $236 million. In June, MinistryWatch published a Guide to Giving to Anti-Trafficking Organizations.
International Justice Mission is the largest ministry in the group by far with revenue exceeding $112 million. It is more than three times larger than the next larger organization, Our Rescue — formerly Operation Underground Railroad — which has total revenue of about $32 million.
The third largest ministry on the list is The A21 Campaign. It is marked with an asterisk because we obtained the total revenue from its profile with the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability. Even though The A21 files a Form 990, its most recent form has zeroes filling the current year column for revenue and expenses.

The list also includes a column for the amount of government grant money received by each ministry. This number is taken from the organization’s Form 990. Unbound Now was the largest recipient of government grant money — $4.4 million — more than half of its total annual revenue of $8.5 million.
The list includes columns showing the transparency grade, financial efficiency rating, and donor confidence score for each ministry. To learn more about each group, click on its name to open its database profile.
