THREE YEARS AGO: On March 8, 2022, MinistryWatch reported that Bruxy Cavey, a Canadian megachurch pastor, resigned after a sexual misconduct probe. After a two-year delay, one of three sexual assault charges against Cavey has been stayed. The remaining two sexual assault charges, by separate women, issued in December 2023, remained active.
