 But first, a well-known pastor is now facing serious criminal charges involving a minor. Kenneth Baldwin is the former senior pastor of Crossroads Baptist Church in Bailey’s Crossroads, Virginia. He’s now been arrested in Pennsylvania on 13 criminal counts, including unlawful contact with a minor and corruption of a minor.
