While the ministry has been around since 2006, originally operating as a prison ministry, it has re-entered the public sphere after a video was posted Aug. 7 to Souza’s YouTube channel and podcast, “Stewards of the Mysteries.”
In the video, Souza details her experience with and opinion on aliens harvesting women’s eggs — including her own. Claiming alien implantation is the cause of many women’s infertility, Souza also published a book with Charisma Media about the “alien agenda” and her spiritual interpretation of extraterrestrial encounters.
“I was visited when I was a little girl,” Souza said in the video, “and aliens, alien beings, implanted an interdimensional device in me that harvested my eggs over my lifetime. And I have no idea how they do that, but to try to create a hybrid child, which they actually eventually did,” she said in the video. “And I saw it. I was shown it. And its name was Starburst.”
Souza has 164,000 followers on Facebook and 236,000 on YouTube, and her numbers continue to climb. The ministry brought in over $2 million in revenue in 2025, a 34% increase in the last five years, despite spending nothing on fundraising last year.
When Souza began her ministry after a decades-long battle with drugs and crime, she aimed to provide “soul-healing” techniques to prisoners through her testimony of transformation. She later shifted to teaching faith healing and deliverance, reaching people through her books, teachings, and TV broadcast, “Healing Your Soul.”

Souza shifted again with the release of her newest book, “Star Gods,” and the “Stewards of the Mysteries” podcast. She uses the term “fallen angels” synonymously with aliens, citing Genesis 6 as the basis for her “egg heist” theory. Souza also claims it’s all part of “the alien agenda … they actually have to create dirt bodies, flesh and bone bodies, in order for them to legally take dominion and control over all the works of God’s hands.”
Souza preaches that the solution to alien encounters is repentance of idols and the casting out of bitterness, claiming, “our bitterness and our offense empowers the demonic realm, including the alien realm.”
