Christian Health Service Corps operates a therapeutic re-feeding program out of Nyankunde hospital in the Democratic Republic of Congo, serving an average of 200 children a year who are at risk of dying from malnutrition. The program, A Labor of Love, treats both the malnourished child and provides nutrition assistance and education for parents. CHSC has five stars and an “A” transparency grade in the MinistryWatch database, and a donor confidence score of 95.

Students from Olivet Nazarene University helped construct a portable chapel on the grounds of Nazarene Theological Seminary in Macas, Ecuador, as part of a Work & Witness workshop they participated in during their time with Nazarene International Language Institute (NILI). NILI is a Spanish learning program in Ecuador that invites students from foreign universities to learn the language through immersion. 

Billy Graham Rapid Response Team deploys to South Dakota after deadly storms swept through the area earlier this month. The large-scale wind storm included winds of 90-100 mph and two tornadoes that killed at least two people. Crisis-trained chaplains with BG-RRT will service alongside a team from Samaritan’s Purse to provide emotional, spiritual, and physical care for victims. Blessings International has supplied enough medicine to Daar Foundation in Lviv in Western Ukraine to help an estimated 120,500 people. The shipments include oncology medications that will be distributed to the National Cancer Institute in Kyiv.
