Kevin Blair Guy, 32, pleaded guilty in the Baltimore County Circuit Court to charges of sexual abuse of a minor and third- and fourth-degree sex offenses.
According to the plea agreement, Guy could be sentenced to a maximum of 35 years in prison, but a seven-year sentence is more likely. Guy also will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
Guy worked as a ministry director for Metro Maryland Youth for Christ. The ministry rented space at Cummins Reformed Episcopal Church in Catonsville, where some of the abuse took place, according to the Baltimore Sun.
Guy pleaded guilty to abuse between 2021 and 2024. His conduct included touching the teens’ genitals, telling them about his sexual experiences, and sending them explicit photos and videos. Aside from the church, the abuse occurred at a local fast food restaurant close to the church, in Guy’s car, and in his home in Reisterstown, MD.
At the time, the boys’ ages ranged from 13 to 17.
“In one incident, investigators allege Guy set up his cellphone in the bathroom and recorded a student,” according to WBAL TV. “The student declined to be interviewed by police.”

According to earlier reports, the alleged sexual abuse started in 2018, and Guy originally faced nearly 80 charges against five minors.
Initially, Guy denied the allegations, telling investigators that he discussed pornography and sex outside marriage because he “talked to students about everything,” according to the Baltimore Banner.
Guy told the police that he struggles with drinking and that, when he was ten years old, he was molested over the course of an entire summer.
When the allegations surfaced, Youth for Christ (YFC) released a statement to the Baltimore Banner.
“YFC is aware of the current situation at Metro Maryland Youth for Christ. YFC continues to maintain the highest standards of morality and personal conduct for all employees and volunteers,” the statement read. “In light of current circumstances and an investigation taking place, we cannot comment further.”
“I never expected anything like that,” said Mary Baykowski, who lives near Guy, when the allegations surfaced. “He is such a nice guy, friendly, help you do anything you needed help with. I just can’t believe it.”
Guy’s sentencing is currently set for December 17. He is being held in the Baltimore County Detention Center without bail.
